I have requested a refund through Paypal. Got shafted by this company as well. Company sent me the two key rings attached to a chain instead of a Battery powered wood cutter. Facebook should be ashamed of themselves. Instead of censoring peoples comments they should get the scammers off of Facebook Marketplace!
